Staff Training on Emotional Intelligence

A training was organized by GHAMFIN in collaboration with CapPlus for all Microfinance Associations’ secretariat staff and some staff of the banking and non-banking unit of the Ministry of Finance on Emotional Intelligence: An Effective Tool for Leadership, Improved Productivity and Staff Wellbeing. The consultant was Mr. James Kwesi Addison of Addison International Center for Emotional Intelligence. It took place on 23rd – 24th March 2023 at Sunlodge Hotel, Tesano after which all participants received certificates.
